    I think its a trigger happy response from the enforcement team and I think the service offered to help has been terrible, I appreciate you trying to offer advice but this has not been good enough from xbox that this is my only option to come to an ambassador
    or a bot

    The case review process involves a real human, a member of the Xbox Live Policies Enforcement Team (XBLPET). The initial suspension was made by a real human, a member of XBLPET. No bots have been involved in issuing your suspension or considering your review.

    That isn't what I am saying ,im saying I haven't been offered any way to contact after this as even though its a human reviewing it there is nothing after that and as much as I respect their job I believe its been wrong and there is no support past that

    The bottom line is that you were reported for doing something. The Xbox enforcement team reviewed the information and found that it violated the Xbox code of conduct. Based on several factors this can result in anything from a 24 to permanent ban on the
    account (obviously the latter is for extremely severe or repeated cases). If the ban is for more than 24 hours you can submit a case review, which you have. At that point the information is reviewed again with any additional information to take into consideration.
    It is then either then upheld, or there's a justification to remove it. If it is upheld then your option is to wait until it expires and learn from experience. Since we obviously don't know the specifics, we can't really comment on the suspension. However,
    regardless of context if you start throwing obscenities, threats, slurs, or harassing someone, you're going to get a ban for it.

    That would be correct, because there is no further need for support beyond the case review. Suspensions are not made on a whim, and they are not "trigger-happy".

  6. It does state that Support can not help and your only point of contact is enforcement, in the notification you got.

    Don't use whatever language you used, don't respond to trolling messages and you won't get Enforcement action in future. Whatever the content was, obviously was deemed serious enough for a 7 day suspension.

    All avenues for appeal are exhausted, as you filed a case review. We Ambassadors have attempted to explain, that is all we can do.

    The problem I have with this is that I am being treated like a child which is completely ridiculous and saying
    [Mod Removed - Profanity] in the terms of tom [Mod Removed - Profanity] and harry as a name on xbox and getting a 7 day ban is stupid and something you would expect to be punished for when you are below the age of 6 ,this is
    why I believe my review wasn't understood correctly and have just seen the word
    [Mod Removed - Profanity]
    and presumed im throwing insults about of which I wasn't.

    I think they would have the information to show someone had that nickname in your party. Apparently, whoever reported you (the recipient of the message, most likely) did not see that context, and Microsoft agreed upon review of their report and what you sent.

    These forums are full of alleged false, over reacted, I didn't do anything threads, in relation to Enforcement.

    It was deemed you violated the code of conduct, you had a review and they upheld their actions.

    haha that is incredibly immature I feel as though im a child again. its stupid im punished for someone not understanding context ,I understand the reporting feature is good when used for the right reasons but I feel completely unfairly punished because of

    I have no reason to doubt that you would feel that way. The system works as designed and it is applied fairly and equally. Even adults can be punished for not following the rules.

    So you have previous violations, hence the longer suspension. It doesn't matter how long ago they were.

    As already stated, you filed the case review, they looked at it and upheld their verdict. All you can do is sit out your suspension.

    but that is what im saying as the word of use isn't bad when in context and has been taken out of context this is what im saying which is why im questioning my ban and yes they said it was upheld but I feel they've not understood what I have said.
    Thank you. If it was upheld, there's nothing more to be said on the matter. The decision cannot be appealed any further. They took into consideration what you said, along with anything you submitted as part of your review. They understand the context you
    used. There is nobody else to talk to on this.
