You need to be alert to voice communication and message communication.
Anyone can report you and then you have a ban if you write any insult.

 

yes I am as I don't use messenger other than this incident where its been said ,if not I would want to be shown what it was I have done

But if what you said violated the Code of Conduct, that would lead to a suspension. If it was severe enough, it merited a longer suspension.

 

but that is what im saying as the word of use isn't bad when in context and has been taken out of context this is what im saying which is why im questioning my ban and yes they said it was upheld but I feel they've not understood what I have said.

 

Thank you. If it was upheld, there's nothing more to be said on the matter. The decision cannot be appealed any further. They took into consideration what you said, along with anything you submitted as part of your review. They understand the context you
used. There is nobody else to talk to on this.

 

I don't use voice communication other than in parties with my friends so I know that it was this message taken out of context that has got me a ban but a 7 day ban for my first problem in 4/5 years if not more of having my xbox is a bit over the top.

 

In your opinion, probably so. In Microsoft's, apparently not. Again, there's nothing more to be done except serve out the suspension.

 

That's absurd, I understand you are doing your job but is there no one at xbox to speak to about this as I disagree with the point that they've understood. I don't wish to appeal again I just wish to speak to someone about it as iv not even been told what
iv been banned for (obviously I know it will be for the incident I have explained)

There is nobody else you can speak with. Xbox Live Support will only see there is a suspension; they will have no information for what it's for. The case review process may provide that information, if you ask during the review process.

 

that's terrible customer service though if there is no one else to speak to given my only options have been to speak to a bot and an ambassador of whom im presuming isn't employed by xbox (sorry if im wrong about that) ,seems strange that you would only
have two options after a review that are outside the company or a real person

 

So you have previous violations, hence the longer suspension. It doesn't matter how long ago they were.

As already stated, you filed the case review, they looked at it and upheld their verdict. All you can do is sit out your suspension.

You are correct in that Ambassadors are volunteers and not Microsoft employees. We guide people as best we can, and unfortunately there is nowhere else for your "journey" to go. The suspension will end at the date/time mentioned on the Enforcement site,
and you can play offline in the interim.
