    Your sole option for contact with the Enforcement team is submitting a case review at the
    Enforcement site. If you have done so and the case was upheld, then there is nothing else that can be done. The suspension will end at the date/time shown on the Enforcement site.

    Hi unfortunately we can't help. Your only option is https://enforcement.xbox.com

    If you have violated the code of conduct and been reported, you will get a suspension. I suggest you read the code of conduct.

    I understand this but the length of ban is completely unjust hence why I tried a case review but I don't believe they understood the context of the situation and even if they did the length is ridiculous especially as its stopping me from using my xbox
    at the minute, surely theres someone I can speak to and discuss the issue/resolve it?

    If you've submitted a case review and it was upheld, then that is the resolution. Suspension lengths are set by many factors, including (but not limited to) the severity of the incident and any previous, similar incidents. So if you were suspended not
    long ago for a day for something, and you do the same thing again, it may be a week this time. If you were to do it again, it may be two weeks.

  7. Unfortunately your only option was case review. Support can not help with Enforcement issues.

    Iv been banned

    I understand the code of conduct and have a "good reputation" on xbox and have for years and I don't think they understood the context of the situation as my ban length is completely ridiculous for what was said and I wanted to speak to someone other than
    a bot that can help me because I cant even use my xbox at the minute which is pointless when im paying for it

    But this is my problem as iv been banned for one word used out of context in my first problem I haven't been banned before this hence my issue with the length of the ban ,I think its completely inappropriate on a platform where iv been told to die of cancer
    and much worse and yet nothing has been done about it.

    The "I'm paying for it" argument doesn't really hold water, I'm afraid. When you pay for Xbox Live Gold, you're entering into an agreement with Microsoft. In exchange for your money, Microsoft will provide and maintain Xbox Live for your use, doing everything
    in their power to keep it functioning as much as possible and letting you enjoy gaming with players all over the world. In exchange, they ask you to follow their rules, laid out in the Xbox Live Code of Conduct. By using Xbox Live, you're agreeing to be bound
    by those terms, which include what may happen when you break those rules.

    Again, your sole option is a case review. In a case review, they will review the information they have on the incident that led to the suspension, along with any facts you submit as part of the review. Keep in mind that the suspension is based solely on
    YOUR actions, not any actions that may have precipitated the incident. In other words, "they started it" or "they did it too" are not adequate defenses. The Code of Conduct defines how we are to behave online, even when others are misbehaving.

    yes I completely understand this and im not using the "they started it" as you would put it ,I am saying that I have been banned for using a word not aimed at anyone for 7 days when people in the past have not been banned at all for much worse. I understand
    where you come from because iv had an xbox for years now and like I say I haven't been banned before as iv known the situation. is there anywhere else that could help me with this that isn't a bot from xbox? id understand my ban if it was severe as its been
    made out, but its not.

  15. Are you sure that it is this alleged incident? You may have violated more than once and been reported several times. You are just connecting it with this one instance of unaimed word violation.
