It's too slow to download the Steave Decay2.

It is all down to the speed of your own connection.

go to the my games and app section, highlight the game and select manage game. From there, you can reinstall it.

As mentioned, you should be able to redownload the content it via the Manage game section.

As additional note, just be sure to use the same account as was used to purchase the content

If you have multiple consoles connected to your router, you will want to make sure that you do not have port forwarding set up. To ensure you have a device that supports multiple consoles, could you please post up your router and modem information? This
way we can ensure there are no known issues with the device you are using.

Once we have that, I can get you the appropriate steps to set up UPnP on your router, and hopefully get you fully sorted out!
