It’s telling me I ran out of refunds even though I have never refunded something

I have done this multiple times and every agent tells me they cannot proccess refunds. I am repeatedly told my only option is to submit another online refund request. I have spoken to several supervisors as well who also tell me they cannot proccess refunds
or even contact the refund department on my behalf. I have never heard of such a thing and it is infuriating that only a “phantom” unreachable department can handle refunds.

It can lead to temporary purchasing power limitations and too many of these can lead to further punishment

The refund policy isn't try before you buy

It's for honest mistakes

If the enforcement team sees a lot of returns just abusing the refund policy that's when they limit your refunds

Hence why I mentioned it's best to use it only when you need it

If your refund request was denied saying that you have no more refunds available, the only thing you can do is respond to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why they should reconsider their decision and why you believe they should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the rejection and to get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

In case you haven't received any email informing you of the refund rejection even after 24 hours, and after checking your spam/junk email folder, then I recommend reapplying for the refund using this alternative link:

If your refund is denied again this time, you should now receive an email informing you of the denial, as this is the only way they have to communicate this information when the refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, respond to it as I mentioned before.

Seems very unfair. They're selling something on their platform that doesn't work, they should refund it or, better yet, fix the bug.

Either way, xbox supposedly do refund games that don't work (in this case I can't even access it), so telling me that I have reached my refund limit for the year is not a valid reason due to that being a load of bull.

Im sure Nintendo would have refunded me...

I can't do a refund since I ran out of them due to the yearly refund thing.
