im trying to register a new console and at the same time send my old one of for repair ive tried accesing the service centre that asks for username and password well its not my GT or email or even my microsoft password all i get is access denied everytime.
i did manage to find a page were it has listed my old console and a link to register a new console hurrar but no it asks for my phone number then tells me its an invaid phone number grrrrrrrrr i think i know my own phone number. why do they make things so
difficult to do its really pissing me off now.

I recommend restarting your console and your router. If all else fails, pick up some MSP on a card at Wal-mart or CVS.

When you tried to input your phone number have you tried to use the international country dialling code prior to your number to see if that works?

I am wondering if you bought MS points multiple times. MS will usually flagged our disable your account if you are charging multiple times on the account. You might have to call Xbox to see if there is an issue with an account freeze.
