The game crashes since 19 Nov. Just before the publicity opens in the everyday challenges the game stops and sends you back to the openingspage of X-box. When wil the problem be solved?
11 days is very long.

Adds crashes Solitaire Daily Challenge games

The Add that is showing has been crashing the daily challenge game for the past 3 days. Anyway around it?

Microsoft Jigsaw

I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It worked better for a short time but it's now crashing again. It almost always happens during a hard or expert challenge of Jigsaw Jam. That is also when it's most frustrating! Somebody please help!

That may be the answer, but it does not happen in any other game and I play Taptiles and Solitaire collection challenges every day

You must complete one challenge, each day, for a month. Which means playing it every day. Which is often confused with completing each day's challenges. So if for example I logged in today, and played all of the challenges for this month, it would not
count towards this achievement. I would have to login and play a daily challenge every day.

Here we go again! Been happening for me since Feb. 8th. Could only play the first game in the event that day, it shows *loading* and crashes. Try to log in again, crashes. Tried all troubleshooting hints - no help. No problem with daily challenges. Has
to be on Microsoft's end. Hello? Anyone listening?

Same for me. Both days. I complete the first two challenges, then the third one crashes. No restarts of PC or game help. Don't know if its a coincidence that its always the last challenge for me to complete that crashes.

No easy way I can see to contact support. I just gave the games a 5 star review a few days ago. Think I'll lower that rating.
