    It's says I'm connected to internet but I can't play anything


    It tells me to connect to Xbox live (I do with a hotspot on my phone) it tells me it's all good so I go to the home page and it tells me there is trouble getting this content where gold games are. I look in my network settings NAT Type : moderate UPnP
    not successful. And it tells me the WiFi signal is strong. I've unpluged my xbox ,reset it ,reset my phone ,clear mac address, change ports to fix NAT Type, watched several videos, i held down the power button for 10 seconds and they are all dead ends. PLEASE
    HELP

    Turn your xbox and wifi off for a couple minutes and turn everything back on that should do it

    I’ve had the same problems for like 2 months now it’ll work great for a few hrs sometimes days then the same bs again thought it was my xfinintywifi hotspot but nope thought it was my iphone hotspot nope its xbox so frustrating!!!!
