Regrettably, once redeemed, the digital license is locked to the account that purchased it, and is non transferable.

You can try and contact Xbox Support, to see if the game can be refunded, or you can try processing a self refund, by signing into the Microsoft account that purchased the game. Simply go to this page and look under Order History, so see what options you
