    Hi Martin!

    I am afraid that the language option also depends on the game's language support. Technically, if you switched a game language, everything in it has to be transalated to the language you choose. I don't think it's possible to split game language and subtitles unless there's an in-game option to change that.

    Have you already checked your options via My games & apps, highlight the game, press menu button on your controller, then Settings > Language & region?

    And yes, having an english dashboard makes a difference. Games automatically launch in the language the dashboard is set to and it is not possible to change the language inside the game.

    If I launch Halo, all the voices will be in spanish if i have my region set to spain. Once I change that to UK, the language of the game automatically changes to English

    Sorry it's not possible to exchange the game for an English version. Since you purchased this in that specific region the game download code is in the language of the country it was purchased in.

    If the language option is not changeable in the game (which is totally up to the developer of the specific game) then it's not possible to change the language unfortunately. You'll encounter this issue with different content you purchase on the LIVE marketplace
    as well.

    When a game doesn’t have the option to change the language inside the game itself, in order to play it in the desired language you need to change your console language and region to the language that you want to use.
    In this case Russia - Russian

    Once you change the language the game should be able to display the voices and text (if supports both) in Russian

    If that’s not your case, exists the possibility that the developer only let use Russian for the game version purchased in the Russian marketplace

    Sorry to say but right now cloud gaming uses your IP - physical location and set the language to the main of that country (and is not possible to change that without moving to another country where English is the main language)

    This means that for games that doesn't supports in-game language setup uses this main language as default :c
