Changes required in PSU plugs for China power standards

Hi,

I will be moving to China from India, i currently have 220v 16Amps plug for my xbox 360 S model (india based).

What are the power standards in China and what extra hardware is required for my xbox to get going.

It will be interesting to see what games are released over there and how much they will be censored/changed.

Potentially a huge market though.

 

Yeah,with all the censorships,i wonder what games will be allow and which apps,too.

Big market but not not sure if everything will be available.

Will be interesting to see how well the Xbox One does in China. At least the Chinese will now have a legitimate console.

 

That too ^ I wonder what the difference in apps will be or how that will influence other regions.

 

i wonder how they plan on making it educational, through learning apps/games? educational videos? Xbox One in every classroom?

and i'm wondering if there is anyone in China that has signed up for the ID@Xbox program, are we going to start seeing indie title out of China?

 

Maybe after Japan & North America,the next big empire of videogames developers/publishers might becoming from China....

 

I have a feeling the X1 will do very well there.

devils advocate: maybe not, i assume the X1 will be as costly as it is in other regions, so i'm wondering how many people will leave their cheap knock offs to buy an expensive console and games.

but even if they can get 1% of the population, that's 1.3 million units moved.

 

I think it going to flop because of China dumb laws when I comes to Video games or anything. They banned YouTube

 

We'll see just how many get sold now.

As for what Zero Divided said, that's exactly what I was thinking. They mentioned using it for educational purposes, and I remember thinking "cool."
