Discus and support It's Oct 10 and I still don't see Septembers VIP rewards calculated...please help​ in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I'm not seeing my September VIP rewards.     I'm not seeing my September VIP rewards. Have they been calculated because I don't see them in the earned bar...please help

    Current reward point available seems wrong!

    The 4,000 credits would be from the FREEdom rewards offer. VIp rebates (your 10% back) are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for November purchases.

    Freedom rewards issue plus more

    Support will check into your freedom rewards and gems issues, but VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too earlier to see credits pending for October purchases.

    For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

    Keep in mind that in can take up to the 15th of the following month to see MyVIP payback. From the FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too soon to see credits pending for September purchases. If you don't see them pending by the 15th, you will need to post in the support section
    of this forum in order for support to look into it for you.
