    as you know we are already in contigence, this means that there are many people on the servers and on the internet what has caused a saturation and xbox is not the exception because of this there are certain limitations like changing the profile pictures,
    download, etc.. this will become available again once the contingency is over as there is no labor that will maintain the servers

    I wish they turn it back on for at least 1 hour & announce when they do..
    that would completely overload the servers as everyone would be trying to change their backgrounds and avatars at the same time

    Yeah it's very unfortunate but understandable. Feature was turned off because their servers can't handle the load. Honestly I wish they turn it back on for at least 1 hour & announce when they do.. I just need 1 hour, everyone tell the team to listen to
    me lol. Hope this helps.
