    Dear Microsoft,

    My cousin and I were taking turns playing Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. Anyway I needed to go to the bathroom to, you know, and he thinks it would be funny to start messaging someone telling them "they suck d***", calling them a "C**t", and other vulgar
    words... anyway when I get back he's trying to write another message but I catch him. A few minutes later I go to text a friend and it says "Due to your past behavior, you cannot send messages" I've never sent anything with vulgar language (only once, it wasn't
    that bad though), but give me another chance with it please.

    Suspended and it is not my fault

    When a picture gets "verified" as soon as you upload it, I do not think that an Enforcement team member is personally reviewing it. It could be checking the image's metadata against a database of banned gamerpics, that it's not a virus, or that it's a valid
    image file... for all we know. It does not automatically deem your image "clean" and totally immune from any complaints about Code of Conduct violations, as people are still able to report it.

    Suspensions are not modified or otherwise handled here, as the Enforcement team does not post on the forums. Enforcement actions are only dealt with on the
    Enforcement website, and no where else. If your case review is "upheld", then there is nothing else to do but sit out the rest of the suspension duration.
