    It's not me


    Someone is using my email for there Xbox account, It's not me. What do I do? How can I remove the account without access to the Xbox it self??? Please help!!! I can use my New Xbox without MY email address, I only have the one email address.

    It's not fare

    The Xbox Live Reward program only rewards users for making purchases, and when they make purchases it takes at least 1 cycle to receive rewards. If your friend only joined yesterday he was not rewarded from the Xbox Live Program. He could have received it
    from the Microsoft/Bing Reward program (separate) or from Sales/Promotions (separate).

    Hey there LuckierTrApStAr.

    You'll need to create a second Microsoft account and use that to change the e-mail associated with the account you don't use. We have step by step instructions in

    this Troubleshooter     you can run through. If you have any questions, please let us know.

    It should be clearly stated that if you want people to add you then you post in the sticky. All other posts posted elsewhere should be deleted as soon as possible and the perpetrators should be forced to play Texas Hold'em with me when I am out of my tree
