    May I know if you linked your Nintendo account with a Miceosoft account?

    If yes, can you try unlinking the accounts if possible and then link them again?
    Before trying again , please restart your Nintendo console.

    If maybe you already tried that, please tell me what else did you tried
    In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

    it might be that the minecraft servers are down at the moment as more switch users are reporting the same issue

    as the previous ambassador stated, it does appear the other switch users are having the same issue.. so most likely a service issue with switch at this point.
