It’s not letting me pay

On my xbox account I had a subscription to xbox ultimate. It went to being past due but now I bought a $25 xbox card to put on my account. It says suspended on it and when I pay again, I’ll have the subscription again. I keep trying to pay through the
account but it’s not allowing me to pay with that method. I have no other method ._. How do I fix that?

Agree that a phone call or live service chat with microsoft will likely sort this out for you.

The best thing you could do is contact the billing side of Xbox, they will walk you through the way to successfully pay via gift card.
