    Due to the world wide lockdown thats happening right now as denis97g has said they have disabled the action to change gamerpictures as it would overload the servers and we dont want that to happen haha

    I noticed this too and looked it up and as denis97g said, they have restricted the ability to change gamer pictures on Xbox live temporarily. If you could mark his post as the answer that would be fantastic!

    It has been disabled due to COVID-19 and as the high traffic has come they can not check all new pics.

    It's to help with the amount of gamers and streamers that are all on at the same time because of the lock down . Hopefully it will be back soon .
