    i got banned because of 2 guys that reported me, this guys were insulting me they said **** spanish trash pussy to me on voice chat i told them the same by chat and i got banned they didnt. ban themir unban me that was not my intention they started. insulting

    Not fair

    Try this, remove your account from the console via the account settings and then add it back again. That should reset the account fix your issue.

    Also, you can try a hard reset on the console by holding in the power button on the console for 10 seconds, let it turn off, then reboot.

    It is very FAIR. You broke the Code of Conduct as you admitted so you were subject to the suspension.

    I highly suggest you change your settings to friends only. This will screen out game chat from players who are not your friends, they will be muted.

    I understand its really hard to not bite back but its best to just not respond, report, block and mute the person.

    Simply mute and block the person, replying in a negative way causes you to breach the Terms of Service.
