  1. It's not about complaints

We'll try this one last time.

I MADE IT VERY CLEAR IN COMMENTS WITHIN MY LAST POST SO PLEASE READ EVERY SINGLE WORD AND COMMENT POSTED WITHIN AND THROUGHOUT THE THREAD.

My complaints have nothing to do with there not being a complaint department so DON'T FOCUS ON THAT PORTION unless you're just being unhelpful then by all means nitpick away.

I outlined the fact that I've gone through all the steps Microsoft wants me to do and so for a last resort came here.

Turns out, that's just as useless.

SO AGAIN ITS NOT ABOUT THE LACK OF COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT.

My issue was stated at the bottom and you people focused on something else not reading everything much like children without patience.

My second problem was the deletion of the post with the problem where I then made my feelings known.

If you guys really have no help to offer and only which to focus on what isn't the problem. Well then this community is utterly useless.

So, let's STATE THE PROBLEM AGAIN SO YOU CAN ACTUALLY FOCUS ON THAT AND NOT WHAT YOUR ASSUMPTIONS OF IT NOT EXISTING ARE.

    PROBLEM:

The lack of help in the community with overzealous assumptions as to what the problem is.

Not being able to contact Microsoft in anyway and therefore utilizing what open avenues I have access to which apparently is frowned upon and thus tells me everyone that seeks help should be frowned upon and shouldn't consider it.

    SIGN IN CHANGE OCCURRED:

Was not an inkling of a thought given it wasn't a problem on the 360. Routers fine, internets fine, passwords are fine, and literally everything else is fine.

If games can work in offline mode and don't require a connection to Xbox Live in order to work. Then there's literally no reason to send me to the main menu deleting my saved settings with the game for whatever reason when either disconnected or this Sign
    in Change occurs.

Its really not that hard to allow a resign in right at that moment.

We've advanced technology enough this should be a non issue.

Much like the lack in reading here apparently. So don't skim over whatever this time if you're actually here to help.

Otherwise life is just as pointless in continuing as trying to solve this stupid issue that shouldn't exist.

    :)

    It's not about complaints

It's a great reasoning and excuse if we've been living this way for over a year and we haven't.

Thats some grade A+ assuming in relation to timing. I'm guessing that's also a guideline to follow here.

Lead up to and problems as they are.

Easy, playing a game and suddenly:

"A sign in change has occurred. You're being redirected to the main menu."

Theres literally nothing else to it.

I've also stated that everything is fine. Passwords and all.

My account activity is only on my phone and Xbox.

Unless there's some secret menu Microsoft doesn't want you to know about.

    It's not about complaints

This is Microsoft.com is it not?

Please correct me if I'm entirely wrong.

    This means Microsoft created it.

It's not some offshoot third party web forum created by the people.

This means it was created by Microsoft as a way in which to not have to deal with certain things.

Thus why there's customer service and not any other departments in which you can get in contact with unless you do some really deep diving through the web.

No complaints and no feature recommendations department.

So they made it easy for people to complain or otherwise.

If we take a silhouetted profile of a rabbit head and throw a bow tie on.

    What is it?

Its just a rabbit head with a bow tie.

Means absolutely nothing until we give it meaning.

Now it's both recognized as a million dollar company known as Playboy and a gang symbol.

These guidelines and other things are nothing but a made up system that became accepted by culture and so forth.

What takes place in one country isn't necessarily acceptable in another.

But that's neither here nor there.

    As I've stated before.

I came here as a literal last resort and just like most things.

    Was ignored.

Much to the degree where I mentioned twice my passwords and everything else are entirely fine.

    Nice paying attention.

I've been through all the forums and since there's literally no way of getting to Microsoft this seemed like the best route to go.

It doesn't matter of you or anyone else isn't MICROSOFT THEMSELVES.

This was never mentioned nor a claim I made.

I stated (as I just did) this is my final resort to things which turns out is absolutely pointless and meaningless and I'd probably get more figured out if I just ended it all.

Death seems to be the ultimate option to most things.

Only thing straightforward and doesn't require made up anything to do.

All in all, I've been going wireless since Halo 3 came out and never had a single issue.

This would mean hat with the advancement through the years I shouldn't have to resort to some cord running through my entire house just because something that is supposed to and said to work doesn't.

I also shouldn't have to go through setting to turn on Offline mode in the Xbox settings every time I want to play a game and then bakc on when I want to use Netflix or Hulu.

    AS FOR THE PROBLEM:

"A sign change occurred and you're being brought back to the main menu."

Excuse me but I'm not playing online.

The game doesn't need online if the ability to play it in offline mode exists.

All it did was send me back to the main menu.

    No crashes nothing.

Therefore there should be an option to just sign in right there.

But with their security measures and such. You have to be logged into a profile that already owns the game despite the fact your profile was just using it. But they don't want someone else hacking the system by logging in and bypassing whatever licenses
assigned from what game to what profile despite a small amount of code that can be written in to thwart this.

It's even funnier when it's done with physical copies of games where the license to a profile DOES NOT EXIST.

All in all I shouldn't have to change how I've been doing things because the technology that is supposed to get better and more advanced simply is ignored and doesn't.

I mean, they're doing game streaming for mobile and all though for my mobile data being super high its super laggy.

This alone tells me there should be no packet loss with my own wifi.

A technology and use of it that has been around for far longer with not as many issues.

All in all this has shown me the broken system that is not just life but of big companies.

    Both sad and pathetic.

Eh. I'm 27 and into music. Death couldn't come any sooner. The club will probably have another.

I cannot comment on the inner workings at Microsoft, however we are living in unprecedented times, and I’m sure they’re doing their best. Every person and every company is affected, and given the constantly evolving situation, not all
systems and procedures are necessarily going to function as they might do at other times.

Regarding people on this forum, we’re just regular humans, doing our best to help others, for no other reason than it’s a good thing to do.

If you want to provide some specifics as to exactly what the sign-in change entails, what lead up to it, and what the result has been, then there will definitely be people here who will try to help.

If it’s an account issue then we can’t help you, as we do not have the right, nor the capacity, to look into it for you. In this instance your only option would be to contact Microsoft Support, keeping in mind that it may be more difficult than usual.

    It's not about complaints

    Hi RobingTheBurglr,

As mentioned in previous posts to you, this community is manned by fellow gamers such as yourself who volunteer to help each person out where possible. So before you attack the ambassadors or make accusations about the teams or the company, ambassadors don't
have the power to fix things all the time, there are limitations and guidelines that are adhered to. Smwutches gave you an avenue in which to lodge
complaints should that be required, its up to ambassadors to help guide gamers with troubles in a direction that should help, its up to the gamer whether or not they listen to the advice or not. Making multiple posts will not do anything to help you and goes
against the guidelines of the forums and isn't recommended.

Now, moving on to the actual problem at hand.

The Xbox One may not require a connection to play certain games, but if there is internet connection before a disconnect, and the game crashes before having the time to save anywhere, then yes, progress will be lost. Also, if a sign in change occurs, is it
possible that someone else has access to your accounts and you should possibly change your account password and activate 2 step verification for safety?

You should also make sure your connection has no packet drops, and is preferably hard wired to the network to increase the stability of the network.

    complaint about msp

I have a complaint about feet! How do I tie my shoelaces? I'm just kidding. Save it, OP. You might need those 40 points later on for something. I have 130 points just hanging around. I want to spend them, but I'll only be wasting them as I won't be able
to buy what I want with them. I will only be buying something simply because the money is there and I can. It's a tough habit to break, but leave your points alone.
