It's my account duplicated or something?

Hi, i think that my account have a problem but im not sure, when i am in the xbox home site:

Sign in to your Microsoft account

when i click my nick in the right corner, i see something weird, in the bottom i see like another version of my account,

please check the image below, i really like to know if someone is having this same weird "duplicated account" (it's a gmail account)

Greek and Egyptian decorations purchase issue.

I recently purchased all decoration purchases for both Greek and Egyptian civilizations and the market NPC has given me Egyptian decorations for ALL my civilizations. I did not know this until after receiving the rewards from the NPC. The Egyptian markets
were the only decorations available. The Greek decorations i purchased, for some reason, were not given or available from the market NPC within my home cities.

I don't need unwanted duplicated items in my inventory, plus, it's against game regulations to have duplicated items. Even more so, when i have no clue how this happened and just found the problem about 30 minutes ago.

Is there a way to fix this and remove the duplicated items and/or replace them with the Greek decorations that i didn't get?

I don't see that in mine. However, that really doesn't mean that something is really wrong with your account. Typically, these account type issues are handled by support. You can call them at 800-469-9269 or via chat at Xbox One Support | Xbox 360 Support | Xbox Live and Billing Support

After further checking, it is not possible to link 2 Microsoft accounts to one primary email address. Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

To locate the original Microsoft account that is linked to your Minecraft:

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/

Select the 'Payment & billing' tab, then check your Order History.

Please do this step and check all of your Microsoft accounts. If you don't see any Minecraft transactions in the Order History, it means that the account is not associated with your Minecraft account.

Arin B, if you made 100% sure you have logged with the correct email address and still a new account was created, i highly recommend contacting Support directly so they can look into your account and verify why there are multiple accounts attached to the same email. Here in the community we do cannot access account information, so that needs to be dealt with Support, okay?

Yes, you are correct. One acct on xbox and one on pc. What is the process to correct the issue? I dont want to mess up his gamertag history, etc.
