Its july 16th, where is splintercell with games withgold

Today, july 16th, Games with Gold where. supposed to add the games, Death Squared and Tom Clancy's Splintercell: Conviction. Although Death Squared is now free with gold, Splintercell still remains a noshow. Please fix this problem
as soon as possible.

Tron will be free with gold from 16th July if you try to purchase its normal that you will be charged.

It should come out around July 16th, and I'm only saying that because damn near every map packs for any Cod game have always been released 3 months apart so going by that standard it would have to be around the week of July 16th only because Revolution
came out on April 16th

I have a Elite Controller being repared/replaced and saying you recieved it on the 8th July , showing still at the repair centre , its now the 16th July . Find this unacceptable why isit taking so long to replace.
