Its imposible to register a Xbox on the web

Hello , i´m trying to register my Xbox on the web, but the form does not work.

I´m trying from:

-https://support.microsoft.com/es-es/devices, where i can´t choose "Xbox" so i can´t go ahead in the form

-Registrar un producto Xbox | Información sobre el registro de productos de Xbox, from here, when i put my telephone number, it says INCORRECT, again
and again, i have been asking to other people and the same error appaears.

I know that i can go to chat with SAT for register the xbox, but, why you don´t fix the problem in the web?

Ohhhhh by chip i meant like it has this brown spot on it and its imposible to get off not like a mod chip

I just went through the steps to register my Xbox (I have been meaning to do it for a while anyway).

I had the same issue with the phone number. I had to remove the first 0 from my number for it to go through.
