Its friday and oh look no friends list

So it would seem every friday the friends list stops working so does party chat and heck even stopping people from signing in i do wonder why i even bother with XBL

No problem. Friday and Saturday nights are hit or miss as far as my friends list is concerned. Lots of people going out and whatnot (Myself included).

 

It's obvious that your friends tired of you and removed you from their friends list. I would have done the same.

Not to diss you OP but from resent comments in a thread I posted today, I thought I was the only one having this sort of trouble.

One minute things are fine, and the next. Glitched! Even the $0.52 cents I have in my account goes from $0.00 to $0.52 and then back to $0.00 again.

I sure wish they would get these glitches sorted out.

Xbox 1 servers seem to be targeted more than Xbox 360 servers. Well it is Xbox Live, Xbox 360 uses different XBL servers (15,000 worldwide) to Xbox 1 (300,000+ worldwide). Friends list bios online status is working properly for Xbox 360 smartglass and Xbox
360 consoles. Yet the newer technology Xbox 1 people are experiencing issues.

Don't blame Microsoft, blame Lizard Squad and American authorities who are doing nothing about these dos attacks.

 

Could it be Friday's.... Xbox One has no friends?? Just log on your 360 N7 or Xbox 360 smartglass app on your phone to check. Sometimes it affects just Xbox 1, sometimes both Xbox 360 and Xbox 1.

well there was a red service alert for signing in on xbox one and 360 also a service alert for friendlist so it wasnt just me

 

I went on X1 2 hours ago it was working fine. Being playing on 360 that's up and running playing COD BO2 zombies. It's Friday night for NZ/Australia. However there wasn't that many people in Forza Horizon 2 Online Freeroam, none of them talked. Usually it's
a very chatty lobby. COD BO2 I with had a chat with a lot of people. I hope the weekend goes alright. I'm away tomorrow (Saturday) but have Sunday entirely free. I checked the service alert NZ status. There's only an alert for Xbox 1 Youtube and Xbox 1 Netflix.
I was watching some random stuff on 360 Netflix it went smoothly.

Okay seriously, I must live in the world's best Xbox Live region. I had all of my friends, it just took a few tried to get a party chat to work.

Seriously though. What is up with all of the Red Service Alerts?
