    I have been asking for Xbox Support's Help for almost a Year now. How many people do I have to talk to before someone actually Helps? I spoke to 3 different Xbox Support Staff online, Dondy, Harry, and I can't remember the 3rd one. They told me the engineers
    are working on it, wait 3 months. I did. They told me wait 6 months, I did. Clearly taking the [Mod removed - Inappropriate] and stringing me along, I decided to phone instead. I spoke to Helu [Mod removed Last name]
    on the phone, who said he would have this fixed in a week for all the trouble. I had already sent evidence to the online staff prior, the one's that didn't help at all, and also to Helu[Mod
    removed Last name]

    [Mod removed personal info] I sent this email to accompany the Files:

    "Hello Helu. I am about to send the notes here, I will send the evidence/screenshots straight away after this message.

    Screenshot (1), File Name:

    Bomberman Live 2012 (1)

    Shows I purchased Bomberman Live in 2012.

    Screenshot (2) File Name:

    Bomberman Live £6.75 (2)

    Asking me to Buy the Game again for £6.75, no matter what I do, use console or website etc. This applies to all the Games listed.

    MS. PACMAN 2012 (3)

    Shows I purchased MS. PACMAN in 2012.

    Shows I purchased MS. PACMAN again in 2017, which is when I realised I had this issue with these Games. All the Games I am mentioning here are the only ones I have noticed this issue with so far. I shouldn’t have to Buy the Games again.

    This is a record that shows I have played the Game. Gathering evidence for this particular Game is difficult as it is no longer on the store, but when it was on the store it was asking me to Buy it again for £6.75 despite already owning it. Have I lost
    this Game forever?

    Bought this Game despite already owning it. (Charged twice like MS. PACMAN, unfair)

    Each of these Games are asking me to Buy them again, despite me already owning them.

    I have tried to be as clear as possible, if you require further information I will try my best to provide it. Everything I have said here is 100% true and there is nothing I can do to fix it without Xbox/Microsoft's help. This is some kind of bug/issue
    out of my control.


    I hope you can fix this, I would really appreciate it as I have spent thousands of pounds over the years on Microsoft's Games, Products, and Services.

    As stated in the email, I have spent thousands of pounds over the Years on Xbox Content, why does Xbox Support exist, if it fails to provide actual Support?

    If you're not willing to compensate, or give me codes to download the Games I have already purchased, I will be resorting to Legal Action.

    Think of it this way, if a Gamer commits Marketplace Theft, that Gamer would be struck down and banned permanently for their illegal actions. I see my situation as Microsoft stealing from the customer. They have their money but they haven't provided the
    Gamer with their content, or failed to provide after errors out of the Gamer's control.

    I am an Xbox Ambassador, believe me there is nothing I can do from my side of things to fix this! I have the license on the correct console etc. I have only noticed this issue with the Games mentioned. Some of them purchased were coincidentally around the
    time Microsoft changed from Microsoft Points, to actual currency. Could that have something to do with it? I have no idea, I just want this sorted out.

    I am well and truly losing my patience here, put yourself in my shoes, would you bloody like it? £60-£70 worth of content you can't access. There is only so many chances I can give you to fix this. Please prove you're not incompetent Xbox Support, I am waiting.
    Fellow Ambassadors stay away please, I need Xbox Staff.

    While I`m all for banning account holders for cheating etc. Banning a console that's not even the account holders in the 1st place. Is beyond belief. After all it was Microsoft that made it easy to move an account by usb from one console to another. If I`m
    at work I have no control what he is doing with his gamer tag on my console why he is downstairs. Unless I take everything of mine with me to work.

    You don't need a USB to move an account from one console to another. All you need to do is recover it onto one. MS doesn't care who owns the console, what they care about is if the person using it is following the rules they agreed
    to obey while using their service.

    And to have no course of even remotely trying to get it unbanned is even worse.

    Once a console is banned is not reversed. There have been an extreme few cases where they have undone a ban but that is like seeing Haley's Comet.

    And all this on top of Microsoft taking money off an expired credit card of mine 2 months ago.

    That would have been YOUR fault. It is our responsibility to keep our payment information up to date. MS has absolutely no way of knowing when a credit card is going to expire.

    I think I`ve just about had enough of this establishment!.

    Okay. You're free to go. Gaming is a choice.

    They probably would if you didn't report it to the police in a timely manner or keep your payments up to date.

    There's no real way to determine which account "owns" a console, you could look at the one that's on it the most, but there's no guarantee that it didn't just change hands, or that the account that's on it the most isn't a non-owner that happens to use it
    more than the owner.

    They ban the console that they determine to have breached the Terms, Sony will likely do it the same way.

    In response to Microsoft having the right to ban a console without warning, notice or explanation, yes, they do, as stated in the CoC which I linked to you in an earlier post. It states at the bottom:

    The console may not have been physically modified but the files or content may have been modified. A blue skinned avatar for example.

    We can not see the screenshots that you have in the post.

    Couple of questions.

    Have you checked your order history at account.microsoft.com

    Are you signed into your console with that same email and password that you are signed into at account.microsoft.com

    If they are showing in your order history is the status showing as completed or is it showing something different? (refunded, chargeback)
