    It’s been over 24 hours and my gamertag hasn’t been changed at all.


    I went to go changed my gamertag and paid for it and knew it would probably take 24 hours but after that time period I was worried if it wouldn’t change and I spend it on nothing. I checked my recent purchases and it says I paid for a name change aswell. What do I do?

    Hello Cloud2BA, sorry to hear you're having trouble with the name change.

    It can take up to a week for it to fully take effect across your account. To help speed things up you can try deleting then redownloading your gamertag. You can read how to do that via this link https://support.xbox.com/help/account-profile/m...
