    and I've spent nearly 300 bux since the first... I was supposed to be awarded at least 6000 rewards points by now. Not sure it's ever going to happen now.

    hi rewards support team,

    I have accumulated £75 worth of purchases from the xbox store since my last rewards deposit (10-1-18) & it has been more than 96hrs since my most recent purchase (23-2-18) yet my rewards points balance is showing absolute zero, please help as it's getting
    towards the end of the month & I'm starting to worry that I'm not going to be rewarded for my loyalty & expenditures.

    punchcard not lighting when purchases have been made

    It's in regards to the current my missions punch cards about free to play games, in particular to the one two free punch card I have made purchases on 3 separate free to play games that have been listed and the purchases have been over the £3 to qualify
    but the punch card still hasn't been lit, its been more than the 96hrs which you allow for your system to be updated, but the one of the other punch card has been lit because I have made these purchases, can you look into why this punch card hasn't been lit,

    It did not, it now says I have NO credits at all when I should have 10500 after all I've spent... Not sure I care for your non-working rewards system. Seems to me, that if you guys can't get it to work ever that maybe you shouldn't have it. Perhaps it needs
    to be checked out by a consumer watchdog group so we can insure everyone is getting what they're told they'll be getting. Whatever you guys did broke things more.

    OK, so now it gave me back the one's I had before which was the 4500 I already had, but since I bought over 60 bux worth of stuff AFTER the 1st of march it should have applied to my "Simply Rewarding" mission, should it not?
