Its been like that for 3 min what do i do? (Im on a xbox one)

I have been without xbox live for 3 days now . Im getting tired of this crap anything microsoft tells me to do i do it , but it only works for 5 mins and kicks me back off WTF.

Yup will do , im sure I can log into someones box for 5 mins although I am sure its got nothing to do with winning anything lol I have never been that lucky.

Probably just something boring , was just curious as to what it was

my xbox one is stuck on the xbox 1 logo and its been 10 mins and still no change. someone from the xbox support said that its for an update for premium members to try the new update I tried everything that the woman said to do but nothing work not sure what
to do?

i cant believe what im seeing .i thought i was the only one and im telling u now its been happening for so long now that im thinking of selling my xbox for a ps4 ,because i simply cant do what i want to do when i want like i could when i first got this xbox1,i
want my xbox fully working after splashing out 700 for this i tried everything and no its not my internet connection its u xbox plzzzzzz fixx sooon its to annoying to put up with

i did a factory reset on mine and now its at a black screen with a thing spinning in a circle and its been doing it for about 45 mins what does that mean ???
