It's been a month since my last post and the Vault is still empty. Unacceptable.

I was told it would be refilled.

Also, I completed the May survey, increased my gamerscore by 1k, and reached Legend. I haven't received any rewards for those.

Missing Gift Cards

It's been 22 days since my last post, while over a month since the issue has occurred. Still haven't been contacted with an update about gift cards I've purchased through the VIP vault.

 

Vault it's practically empty

As above the vault to claim rewards for gems is nearly empty and with the
conversion of the gems to points getting closer I'm not having my germs
converted to points.

When are you going to add more stock to the vault so users can exchange for something of value and not just horrid wallpapers. Twitter sent me here but I'm also going back to the main xbox page twitter each time.

I feel sorry for users with 8,000+ gems who'll have them converted to reward points soon when they could have had 160,000 if you'd kept stock of things, now they'll lose 90% when you close and give them reward points instead for any gems
leftover in their account. Do the decent thing and fully restock the vault or even better add more things in that actually are worth something instead of wallpapers

We hear your feedback about Out of Stock or unavailable items in the MyVIP Vault. We are doing a series of MyVIP Vault restock deployments, the first of which will be happening in the beginning of May. We'll be restocking with many of the items people have
asked for. Keep an eye on the @XboxLiveRewards Twitter handle for Vault restocking and prize announcements. Regarding your other questions, we see that they are all on your MyRewards page with the exception of your survey taken yesterday. As mentioned on the
confirmation screen for our surveys, it takes a few days for the Credits to appear. Please keep in mind that it takes us 96 hours to receive and process recent activity.
