    It's been 7 business days since Xbox said they shipped my Xbox to me but fedex hasn't ...


    my Xbox arrived to the service center 10/30 and on 11/5 xbox said they repaired it and shipped it to me. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work all it say item is not found and fed ex says they don't have it. I talked withan xbox specialist and
    he said that people are having the same problem. please let me know any information if this is suppose to take this long or something went wronge

    no tracking number

    I received an e-mail saying my Xbox One was being shipped to me along with a tracking number 7 days ago.

    For the past 7 days the tracking number has not been activated/not working on fedex

    it says estimated completion: april 1st, but apparently completion was a week ago

    what do?

    Product shipped to customer Where is my xbox one?

    I shipped my xbox one on August 3rd

    Microsoft received it on 8/8/14 I Got a courtesy email

    on 8/11 I got a update of "Product shipped to customer" on
    myservice xbox

    There has been no fedex movement for 4 business days

    Please help

    I think someone said they got told it will take between 14 and 21 days to be returned, the onyl thing you can do is get back intouch with MS.

    I don't know man, I think you may just have to chalk this one up as a loss. Some Fedex employee probably figured out what was inside and decided to get some Christmas shopping done. On the bright side, you don't have to worry about buying all these awesome
    games that are coming out this week....

    I am in the same situation. I got the FedEx tracking number on 10th nov and till now no update on FedEx. Were you able to get any insights on how long would it take?

    Xbox One Repair Wrong Tracking Number

    I'm having the same problem Xbox said they shipped backed my Xbox to me on 11-5 and it's been six business days and When I go on fedex to track it, it says it cannot be found. I talked to a person on Xbox and he said if nothing happens by the 18th there
    gunna escalate it. Can someone please tell me this is normal because. I don't know if they lost it
