It's been 3 weeks and MS hasn't sent me my replacement controller

    It's been 3 weeks and MS hasn't sent me my replacement controller


    I haven't received my replacement Day One controller from Xbox Support yet. It's been 3 weeks without even an email from the Advocacy Team. Anyone else have trouble getting accessories replaced?

    My Xbox One Controller broken...

    I created case with Support and sent in my broken Xbox One controller to later get a replacement sent back to me. Via tracking, they received it on Nov 27th. It's been a week now and there has been no update to the case. Did anyone receive their replacement

    Day one controller coming apart?

    I sent my day one controller for replacement.1 month on and my controller has been lost in the post and MS support keep telling me it's between me and the courier service, even though I paid to send the controller to them and it got to MS, when they sent
    it back it never got to me and now I've spent 2 days getting F'ed around by the dodgy courier that MS sent my controller with and MS keep telling me it's my problem, what a joke.I would take the controller back to the place of purchase because if something
    goes wrong in the post don't expect any help from MS support.

    I had a similar problem and when I checked they had cancelled my order as "Not Received". I call up the support team and got someone right away. He was able to verify that the my shipment was received, then they shipped my replacement to the wrong address.

    They eventually got me the replacement to my controller(just a stock run of the mil controller) but the whole process took about a month and half some change so it was a bit frustrating

    Yeah that was part of the problem. My original service request got cancelled by them. When I call and talk to the support team they tell me they've received it but I have to wait for the Advocacy Team to contact me. Doesn't give me much faith in their support.

  6. I also have had the same issue. I was told that they are currently out of stock of the day one controllers and will try to get them in as soon as possible. I have been waiting over 4 months, get in line.

    At least you were told something. I have yet to even get that much out of them.

    I've had a similar problem with them, My case has been service in order since Feb 21, I have been told I would get my replacement in 2-4 days, 5-10 days and also up to 20 days. I've been told advocate team will contact me, I've been told its Royal Mail lost
    my controller as M$ don't have it, its truly shocking.

    I ordered a new controller last night from Gamestop after being told my day one had been lost, then today unbelievably I got an email that xbox has shipped my replacement controller. I hope its the day one replacement as requested but will have to wait god
    knows how long to see, hopefully its quick. They would have better customer services if they used monkeys to answer the phones, at least they wouldn't be fobbing us off lies and utter nonsense.

    I hope you guys get sorted out with your controllers asap.

    I receive my replacement controller yesterday, it takes roughly a month. I too never got any emails or anything but the run around as already mentioned and the promised advocacy calls never came either. When sending your controller off they ask you to make
    sure its boxed and secured inside with bubble wrap and paper etc to protect it, they then proceed to send the replacement in a paper bag, I kid you not.

    Thankfully the controller was in one piece with no damage, you don't get any notes or any xbl code to cover the missed month while you wait either.
