It's absurd Microsoft allow that Sony had exclusivity on Street Fighter 5.

Last time I even thought of SF as an important game was when I had a SNES. This really isn't a big loss imo.

 

I'm not really into fighting genre's, so I'm not too bothered. But in general exclusivity to a console doesn't bother me as it's just business and you are going to have to accept that either MS or Sony will get some exclusive third party games to their consoles.

 

Minecraft is huge its always in the top 10 best seller of the mouth. Sony gets SF we get Tomb Raider i call that a fair deal.

 

Street Fighter lost relevance many years ago in my opinion.

Minecraft is consistently a top seller every month on all platforms. See monthly NPD for more information.

The Minecraft deal is also valued more than Capcom is as a company.

Capcom has no marketable properties outside of the video game industy except for maybe Mega Man. But that's all but dead these days.

While it does suck for fighting game Xbox One owners, I cant say I am surprised at Sony. I remember them saying they didn't need to buy 3rd party games after Gamescom. That lasted an entire four months. And people say MS lies.

 

CAPCOM wont keep this exclusive they are greedy i bet it is a timed exclusive but even if it is exclusive then they are welcome to it the game is trash

 

I agree with Goat,the last SF game i loved was Super Street fighter II Turbo on SNES. I even downloaded the SFIV free game with gold that hasn't even been played yet. This is a surprising move from Capcom considering their recent financial status,they must
have really been cashing in on all the dlc's

Now Xbox SF fans shouldn't be upset because as Dwoop mentioned(which was hilarious and true) it will eventually be available to you with all the dlc characters,all the dlc outfits and whatever else Capcom can squeeze out of it for you to purchase. Every
first game in a SF release is nothing more than a shell.

 

Xbox One: Halo, Sunset OD, Tomb Raider, Dead Rising, all exclusive to X1...... and there is a big stink about some arcade game that Sony gets???

Sony actually bought a game exclusive this time around and not just an advertising exclusive?

Perhaps in a few months down the line we'll look back on the people who worried about this as being as stupid as those who were convinced "Diablo III: UEE" and "Destiny" weren't actually coming to the XBox ONE?

I think CAPCOM days are over. But if they still around. We get SSFV as first version we get.

 

I know people like fighting games but to me this is like PS4 getting Frogger.
