It's 31st credits not deposited

have over 15,000 credits, reward page says it credits on the 15th and 30th. It's the 31st and they haven't been deposited

Hi Twis3d Drift3r. Credits pending between the 1st-15th of the month are deposited by the last day of the month, Credits pending between the 16th-31st are deposited by the 15th of the following month. Since your 50,000 Credits were awarded on the 6th, it
did not make the deposit for today. It will be deposited on December 29th.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your Credit event occurred on the 3rd, it will not be deposited until the end of month deposit.

 

Credits are scheduled for deposit based on when you reach 5,000 pending. If you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If your credits were pending after December 15, they are scheduled to be deposited on January 12. If they were pending before the 15th and did not deposit on the 29th, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum so support can check your account.
