    My friend gifted me a code of street serpent pack. And he was thinking that if i could redeem the code items will apper but as i play on pc nothing appeared.my epic account is link to x box live .but i don't have a x box .

    Microsoft please tell me what should i do now

    Hey there shortandbald.

    Sounds like there might be some confusion, once you purchase the game digitally you should receive 2 pacls a week. If you manage the game from under Games & Apps do you see any content associated with Madden 16? Be sure you clarify with EA that you purchased
    the game digitally and wasn't an physical copy.

    I already did and they said that I should have been given a code to redeem the packs. He said it showed that I have not redeemed a code for the bundle and said to talk to Xbox support

    There's no guarantee you will receive the items back. It's also possible you may receive only the console back and then receive the other items a couple of weeks later.
