Items in Avatar Store on Xbox 360 do not load at all

I can't access the items on the Avatar Store on my Xbox 360. The menus load and I can choose preloaded items, but I can't access my awards or see any of the items in the avatar store. They're all just exclamation marks and they shake when I press A. I've checked my console if it's connected to Xbox LIVE already. I don't know what to do. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Tried connecting via mobile hotspot and using all other accounts on my system. Still appears as exclamation marks. I don't know what to do

The Xbox 360 system cache stores such items as game updates, system update installation packages, and gamer pictures of your friends. You can often resolve issues with your Xbox 360 by clearing the system cache.

When you clear the Xbox 360 cache, you don’t remove the following:

Your gamertag

Content that you’ve downloaded

Game files

Console software updates

Hey Ricardo,

I tried those steps but I didn't find any Marketplace System Data. I still cleared the cache on both the internal console drive and the HDD. It's still appearing as exclamation marks.

Let's try the following steps:

Go to Settings

Select System Settings> storage

Select your primary storage device.

then System Items.

Marketplace System Data.

Delete.

Restart the xbox NB

Try using a different network as a hotspot mobile to connect to the avatar editor if that doesn't work try using a different account sometimes this forces the update
