items I bought arnt appearing

i suggest checking the account you purchased the vbucks under and if it is the same, then contacting fortnite would probably be the better solution

did you purchase on the account that you play fortnite with, as it is tied to the account and shows in game, either way i would contact epic games.

I can also nitpick legal speak to support my argument.

I also bought the Xbox bundle, I have download an installed all the codes that came with the system fir the items,but I also cant see them in my game it says I have them installed.I have uninstalled an reinstalled the 3 codes for the packs but still not
showing in game.I see others in game with the items but I dont have them.the code fir the game worked fine just the other 3 codes for the weapons an exos arnt showing up in my game.hope this gets fixed cause I paid all this money expectin it all to work.
