    Would like to know if one can get an itemised account of purchases made from an account?

    Think there maybe a thief about, using our banking details to purchase items for games but need the proof 1stly.

    You get an itemised sheet of what they've done when you get the console back. I'd also send it in, if it's red ringing then it's not long for this world.

    Purchasing on Xbox One

    Random question, but I have some money left in my online balance...but only a few ££ so not enough to buy a full game etc.

    Do I have to top this up first using MS points or gift cards, or can I spend the remaining balance and just pay the difference direct from a card?

    all downloads from your account can be viewed in consel and re downloaded that should show what has been atleast downloaded...

    HI, that's right, if you are trying to purchase the game using either xbox.com or the Xbox One, then you cannot use the money from your Microsoft Account. If you purchase the game using a Xbox 360 instead, then you can use the money from your microsoft
    account.
