It Wont Work

    It Wont Work


    No matter how much I change my account settings it wont let me have access online in mcpe...It just tells me to change my settings.... I have no clue what to do anymore...could you help me?

    It wont work

    It has the error code 80190128. i have tried going to the xbox website and their solutions wont work i tried clearing system cache it still wont work. HELP

    my accout was used too many times without my permission and now i cant make it my home xbox

    I have this issue too, and know lots of people with the same problem. I added the account as an (adult) family member which then brought up the settings that the error message seems refers to - but even with "Allow Multiplayer" checked I can't play multiplayer.
    I also can't chat in my local worlds, and get the same error about my account not being set up to allow chat. My son had the problem earlier with his account, but not often and a restart of the client always fixed it.... but with my account, no amount of restarting
    or saving XBL settings has had any effect.

    I think this explains why all the public servers are dying at the moment.

    That sucks. Sorry to hear that. If it was me, I'd get a replacement from the retailer as it may be indicative of a greater problem, however, you can try the offline update option. Details here: -

    You'll need a Windows PC to download the update and a USB stick that's at least 4GB in size.

    I'm guessing that the OP has a problem with one game, but all others are working fine? If that is the case, there is no need to send the console be repaired. Did the console cause the scratch?

    If the game loads up to the certain point, it may be possible to borrow a friends copy or a rental, install that to the hard drive and then use your game disc to launch it. Otherwise you're going to have to purchase the game again.
