It won't process my Visa card

Discus and support It won't process my Visa card in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Same here, it wont process my Visa card to get Xbox live however I tried it 3 months ago and it worked perfectly fine, if anybody had this same problem...     Same here, it wont process my Visa card to get Xbox live however I tried it 3 months ago and it worked perfectly fine, if anybody had this same problem please message me

    Live Subscription cannot be renewed

    Hi Gents,

    Please help me as I have spent a whole night trying to renew my Xbox Live Subscription but in vane.

    It kept telling me that I cannot use my Visa Card#1 to process the payment and wanted to change to my Second Visa card.

    After checking both my Visa cards and ensuring that both have more than sufficient amount to pay, I finally gave up and agreed to change the payment option to Visa Card#2.

    Again it declined to process the payment.

    Then I removed all my payment options (Visa #1 & Visa #2) and tried to re-add Visa#1, where it declined again and asked me to contact support.

    BTW: the errors are the same on both XB1 console and the PC browser.

    Did you face such issue before? how can I fix it please?

    PS: Country is Saudi Arabia

    It said it used the verified by visa process and looked as if it was using it. But it then just jumped on and process the purchase. I phoned my credit card company within about 10 minutes. The money was already taken. They however agreed to investigate and
    won't take the funds from me. I consider myself Internet savvy but this site fooled me. Nothing to do with bad common sense

    Dont allow to download a gold game- ask for a credit card

    One workaround for my "kid" accounts with Live Gold... add a Visa "gift card" that has already been used up. The process seems to check if the Visa numbers and expiration are valid, but did not give an error when trying to charge $0 against it.

    aw thats sad well rip for me the reason I bought vbucks on microsoft is that if i try buy some on fortnite or epic the type of visa card I use won't process through so I try to buy vbucks in external sources. Thanks for helping me Georges C..
