    It wont Play the disc my xbox is new about 10 weeks


    it say play game but when i press details it says Aliens Vs Predator i press select and launch about 5 minutes after it turns black screen and says Unrecognized Disc

    i bought it 3 days ago plus when i bought stick of truth it took my points and didn't download and said purchase $59.99 can i get my points back?

    Xbox One wont play any type of disc

    My Xbox One wont play game discs or dvds. I have to put the disc in and take back out about 10 times before it will read the disc. How do I go about fixing the problem. Any help would be nice

    game will not play

    I have had my xbox for about a week now without any issues until now! The xbox will start up and recognize my profile but wont play my game. the disc is in the console and I can select it on the home screen to play but it boots back to the home page. no
    error massage, nothing.

    If the disc is showing up as Alien Vs Predator, then there is something wrong with the disc not your xbox.. the points/money thing you would have to contact Xbox Support to find out about that. or go back and try to download the Stick of Truth again to
    see if it will work this time.

    This is just horrible, it takes my Xbox about 10 minutes to read a disc even if its new. Sat waiting for the postman and all of a sudden not as excited...

    Xbox disconnects me from Xbox Live, takes me to dashboard, signs back into Xbox Live.

    I just went through that exact same problem. Xbox would lock up playing games off of the disc but downloaded games would play fine. Went on for about 2 weeks. Eventually would not read that a disc was in tray. Turned on my Xbox last week and E64 error
    code popped up. Looked it up, apparently bad disc drive. Under warranty, sent it back. Hope this helps your question.
