It won't log in

    I start the Bingo app and once its open it just won't let me log in, it give me two options: log in or play as a guest. Please respond.

    Log In won't load

    I have the XBox Live, which I can log into when I'm on the internet. However, I cannot log into it from my Solitaire/Spider on my laptop and when I open the app store, it won't let me log in through there either. I just get the "thinking/loading" circle
    endlessly spinning when I try to log in. I've restarted. I've uninstalled/reinstalled. Nothing works!!!! Anyone know something else I might try to fix this? THANKS!

    Sudoku won't log in

    When I start Microsoft Sudoku it says it can't find an internet connection. Yet solitaire, minesweeper, jigsaw and others all sign on easily. And obviously I can get to this website. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't help. Any ideas?

    Hi there!

    Let's see if we can get that app working properly by resting it with the following steps:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more
    Let us know how that goes!

    Same problem here. Can't log on. Occasionally it will log on, but mostly it won't. Cox is my isp.

    Hey Space thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

    We suggest a reset of the console since the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

    Soft Factory Reset     (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

    • There is a stable network connection.
    • The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)
    Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!
