It won’t let me sign into my Microsoft account

when ever i try to sign in to my ps4 this message show up.”oops looks like the microsoft account you are trying to use is already connected to another account on playstation network

please sign inwith a microsoft account that is not already linked to an account on playsation network”

i just made a new account and this always shows up what can i do

Xbox websiteand
Microsoft website? Does an error message appear when you attempt to sign in to the websites? If you are able to sign in to the websites
without experiencing any issues, we suggest reaching out to Mojang Supportand PlayStation Support for more assistance.
Also make sure not signed into Minecraft on any other device. We hope this information helps!

Same exact issue here. Been trying for about 2 hours and nothing works. Even a new account doesnt let me link it.

What device/platform do you use exactly in playing the Minecraft game?
May I also know if it's Minecraft Java or Bedrock Edition?

Make sure that the account you've tried to sign in owns the game itself and can be logged in normally through the Microsoft website https://account.microsoft.com and Xbox website https://account.xbox.com/Profile.

Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply

I understand how challenging this issue can be. I'd like to help you find a solution.

First, try clearing the cache on your console:

1. Turn off the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back.

3. Wait at least 10 seconds.

4. Plug the power cable back in.

5. Turn the console back on.

Make sure there are no server outages on Xbox Status:

You might also want to try it on a different WiFi Network or mobile hotspot just to rule out if it's related to your internet provider.
