    It won't let me sign in or play any games


    when I turn my Xbox on it says sorry Christian use controller to sign in which I do use to sign in but it won't let me and when I click on a game an error comes up every time does anyone know how to fix this

    my internet is great with xbox, everything is working fine. i just cannot sign-in to this account on my console? it been this way for 8 hours.
