It won’t let me sign in my different account

Same exact issue here. Been trying for about 2 hours and nothing works. Even a new account doesnt let me link it.

First, try clearing the cache on your console:

1. Turn off the console by holding the power button for 10 seconds.

2. Unplug the power cable from the back.

3. Wait at least 10 seconds.

4. Plug the power cable back in.

5. Turn the console back on.

Make sure there are no server outages on Xbox Status:

You might also want to try it on a different WiFi Network or mobile hotspot just to rule out if it's related to your internet provider.

I already tried that as well and it still didn’t fix it. I’ve had this problem for over a year. I can’t find a solution. It lets me play if I use a different account but it won’t let me use my main account I don’t understand why
