It won't let me redeem my VIP points for Planet of the Apes

I keep trying to use my gems for the Planet of the Apes film (seeing as everything is gone and you left Xbox fans with no options) and it keeps throwing an error saying "hmmm something went wrong". I would like to just use my gems and be done with this whole
fiasco because I am really disgusted and disappointed that you are trashing this program for the awful Microsoft rewards.

issue with my vip vault purchase.

I tried to spend a 1000 of my vip gems to purchase planet of the apes + bonus, clicked on it,entered my name my email address then clicked submit then all I got was HMMM Something went wrong. and directed me to the forums for help. so please help me sort
this out.

Try refreshing the page and try again. That happens occasionally but if you keep trying it should go through.

I would recommend a full shut down and reboot of your console. If this doesnt resolve the issue I would then recommend deleting and reinstalling the game.

if this is happening on the Xbox One console please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

if that doesn't help try uninstalling the game, power cycling the console like before and reinstall the game.
