Missing Xbox Live Gold Membership

I buy a 14 Days Xbox Live Gold Membership Card Trial at gamesdeal.com

First time i use the redeem code, nothing happend and my xbox live membership is still unactived

I try it again and it tell me that the code is used, try it again with another code.

So, what could i do to get the membership?

I have a 14 Day Trial up for grabs if anyone wants it, same rules as DR K as above.
1 Thing I should mention though is I tried to redeem it when my Live had ran out and would not redeem due to me already having a Gold previously so I believe the 14 day trials that come with the x1 are for Gamertags that have never had Gold.

 

How old is the code? Is it possible that it could be expired?

 

yeah you might be right, it has been over a year..... it took me a long time to open my brand new xbox 1 ....
