    cant play on xbox live when i do have it

    i just got live but when i played black ops and try to go on xbox live it says gamer profile is not allowed to play xbox live then i tried different games ot still wont let me play xbox live. after i checked the settings so that im allowed to play but it
    still wont let me. when i tested connection it was right but is said something bout NAT. plz someone help me

    2. I don't understand what is a ''Power Cycle'', I clicked on the link but it only says ''Group Not Found

    The requested Group cannot be found.''.

    3. I've tried to remove and add back my account but it don't change anything. More, I can't join or crate groups with all the account that are on my xbox (4).

    An another time ty for your suggestion and if you or an another people have an other idea that could help me plz let me know.
