it wont let me play certain games

Discus and support it wont let me play certain games in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; the xbox one wont let me open games i downloaded like mirrors edge, mass effect 2 and 3, or dead space, everytime i try to play them a pop up comes up...     it wont let me play certain games


    the xbox one wont let me open games i downloaded like mirrors edge, mass effect 2 and 3, or dead space, everytime i try to play them a pop up comes up saying that i need to renew my membership but paid for a years membership and its been like two months.

    first enforcement team is only for people who have been banned or suspsended, you are a silver player you need gold to play online on any 360 game not just Halo 4

    Keep in mind that this is only happening on my halo 4 copy, every other game I own I can play without this problem occurring even my halo reach works just fine

    ...He said he can't play single player campaign. This has nothing to do with being banned.

    Delete _all_ Halo 4 content. All save files, cache, everything. Make sure there is no trace of it on your console. Clear your cache, reboot your console. Then put in Disc 1, install the game as it asks (and not through the dashboard install), then try to
    play the game again. Make sure you're signed into Xbox Live, and that your console has the proper licenses (Transfer your licenses just in case)

    multiplayer quick fix(works for me not guaranteed though) MICROSOFT FIX YOUR CONSOLE

    @stride usually you have to do it whenever a certain game wont let you play online the first time u start the game
