It won't let me log my account back on my Xbox, and saying my password is wrong

My account kept saying locked cuz my girl kept putting in the wrong password so i made a new gamer tag to watch netflix because my oghammer710 wouldn't let me log in so i restored it hoping that signing back in would make my old account work but instead
doing that deleted it and my mappacks and left me with the one gamertag HELPP!

I just tried that, changed my password, went to log in and it said my password or email or wrong, so I deleted my profile, went to download it again and it says the same thing, so I don't think Xbox LIVE recognises that I've changed my password which is
stopping me from getting back onto my account, how annoying!

I have managed to log into the account and have changed my password but the email the account is linked to is the hackers, not mine and it won't let me change the email back. Is there anyway I could do this?

It's the Xbox live guest account that won't sign in. my Xbox live account will sign in but it wants my password and email first then says it was wrong and gives me a code 80048821 then if I exit back to the game I can play. But if I try to sing in player
two as guest (Xbox live) it gives the same message and signs bought out and back to square one. I have checked my account login details and changed my proofs and passwords but still no change.
