    It won’t let me join someone on Minecraft.


    I can’t join a family member who’s under thirteen but who has settings set to play with others. We didn’t use to have this problem but have been dealing with it for a few months now.

    Roblox games go down often usually for updates and fixes. Try logging in now it might be back up.

    Hi,

    The error code you are getting is a Roblox error code. There could be some content that isn't showing due to privacy settings. Does it say anything else when you get the code? If your son has a child account you can log onto Xbox.com
    with the parent account and change his privacy setting that states share stuff people make-- change it to everyone, this should help.

    Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply
